What's the Difference in GFR?
The endpoint was the difference in GFR between the intervention and the standard group. The investigators didn't realize maybe that this would be happening, but they chose this change in GFR. There weren't any defined criteria saying, hey, you have to start someone on dialysis at this GFR. If one group has more dialysis than the other, it's all hindsight bias.
