The Power of Block Chains

The power of block chain comes from the fact that anybody can have a copy. Block chains use a pier to pier network toi what they call arriving at consensus. So all f that makes block chains very difficult to tamper with, ok ye ye? And people love block chains. Acknowledge she like on line, people just, they see it and, and i sort of see why, right? I think two things have to be kind addressed here. One is, what is a smart contract, right? How does that work? But also, why for etherium? Like, why was etherium the vehicle for creating e r c? I just don't understand it.
