Is TikTok a National Security Concern?

Xi Jinping took Chinese politics in a much more openly authoritarian direction. It was no longer really viable to tell a story of China evolving in a positive way as it had been under Hu Jin Tao. And so those factors combined, I think, to create this rethinking of globalization. But today, I don't think that Western leaders are really questioning globalization. They're just questioning China.
