The Medium Is the Problem, Right?

There's a social capital cost the setting up a meeting. If i then have to sit in a room, we all looked at me and like, i brought you all here. There's a capital cost. And so i think we're doing too much, and for no good reason, right ivo, just because it's possible. No one's ever stepping back and sane. Well, how is on your plate right now? Like how many things are you responsible for? Is that too many? One group that does care about this is softer developers. Once they got very intentional about answering these questions, they got incredibly minimalist.
