Do You Have the Center of Mass to Squat?

If you can't do a really good bodyweight squat, elevate the heels and add like some sort of anterior load or hold a weight out in front of you either goblet or counterbalance kind of thing. And I bet you you can squat. That's really that's really all that that tool is. So if you don't have the ability and the proprioception to sort of shift your body back, orient your pelvis in a really good position, you're never going to be able to squat.
