The Paralympics

Coaches need to look at tangible ways to help them move forward, whether it is physical, psychological or sociological development. It's interesting that we're seeing some evidence of this in some examples in mainstream sports such as rugby football union. The more interesting one for me is what we see in the Paralympic system where they've tried to learn as much as they can from able-bodied mainstream sport. And so they're not constrained by these decades and decades of tradition. They're looking at, well, what can the evidence tell us for the best environment? Yeah, fantastic. Well, we all need to watch this space a little bit. I really enjoyed the conversation.
