The book is about helping people understand their health profile and the likely symptoms that they may be experiencing. It's like a personality test, right? You're not 100% extrovert or introvert most of the time. The other pillars are nutrition, sleep, and stress management. And so movement is part of that. I think we're designed to move and not just stick to our little office every day for morning to evening.
