GOVT Market Call - Risk and Fact Meet Opportunity
The NASDAQ S&P gave a little bit up. The resilience of the market something to like. A lot of the stocks these high valuation no earnings sorts of names. I mean they're doing really poorly today and you would think that they would be benefiting at least from the sentiment of lower rates. If we were to go below three and a half and then fall precipitously down to three percent it's not going to be for good reasons.
