The Border Patrol - What's the Point?

Border patrol agents, throughout the seventies, eighties and nineties, were repeatedly documented torturing migrants. A popular method was handcuffing them to squad cars and then making them run alongside the video as it half dragged them to the border. One agent told crudson that agents common pushed illegals off cliff so it would look like an accident. Much of the agency's behavior was indistinguishable from that of a strayed up gang.
