The Evolution of the NFL Draft

There's something I've heard some serious people say is the reason there's so much change between the end of the season and even two weeks before the draft. When it's weeks and weeks away, now all the sun or months away, nobody knows yet. That's the key point. And again, obviously he's a GM too, or at least de facto GM. He's going to start looking at the tape and opinions evolve.
