The Benefits of Low Carbohydrate Diets

We're all on board with low carbohydrate diets. Like, look, if you intrduce your dietary carbohydrates, cool. That's a great way to reduce energy and take which would facilitate a calary deficit,. But we don't see that in the larger studies. Even absent of weight loss, may be reducing carbohydrates might improve some of these surregate outcomes like hemoglobe ad a one c for example. And even then, if the calories are the same, we don't really see this huge benefit. So that's my, that's my speel on diet. Try to pick a diet that somebody can adhere to that's gong o be the most important thing. Calory
