Are you interoceptively or exteroceptively biased? Do you tend to dissociate or do you sort of feel everything in a big way? I've heard this term of hypersensitive people or things that sort and some of those are clinical terms, some of them are not. Just do the opposite of where your bias lies. That is, if you're tilted towards interoception, do an exteroceptive focus practice. But again, if you are somebody who is more focused on events outside your body... well then you want to do a practice that's third eye center practice or breathing focused.
