How to Visualize Your Desires

Practice visualization techniques to create vivid mental images of your desires. Training the feelings, emotions and experiences associated with achieving your goals helps bring them closer to reality. Spend at least 5 to 10 minutes a day visualizing this thing. Focus on the positive emotions. Feel what it would feel like to already have what you want. Release attachment. Don't obsess over the results. Have faith in your visualization. It is now attracting your desires on an energetic level. Take inspired action. Follow any of those intuitive nudges, those voices inside of your gut feeling that says, go do this. Do those little things. And then be present and persistent.
