On May of 2020 Senator Josh Hawley introduced the Justice for Victims of Coronavirus Act to establish bodies to investigate and seek damages from China. Do you think there are circumstances where we should in fact hold the Chinese Communist responsible for the mismanagement of the coronavirus? Or is that simply not sustainable as an act?
