The Importance of Morning Tea Meditation for Anxiety

Every moment that i spend in meditation is a calm, calm moment. I don't kill my plants any more because i look at them every morning. All i'm doing is focusing on my breathing. And d i it contributes to being in the moment. It really does keep you in the present much more during your day if you practise this regularly or like i do every morning.
