The Freedom of Religion

The first time the phrase of free of a separation of church and state is ever referenced in the American lexicon, is when a group of Dan Barrett Baptist write to then President Jefferson. The founders were not conceiving of a world where people outside the Judeo-Christian worldview because they conceived the Republic on God given rights. So trying to fight this fight is a little bit like, um, I don't want school vouchers. Well, I'd love to have the education system of 1794. Is that attainable? No. This is the best we can do right now.
