The Paradox of Choice
I resent the passion thing, not long term, but in the short term for people who are starting. I think that's because it sets too high of a bar. You don't fall in love with things unless you're good and you only get good at things if you suck first. And so I think it's really about like lots of action, even if it's destroyed it, until you're like, oh, I have seen some progress on this. But you didn't find your passion, you created it. And you created it through excellence and finding ways to consistently win over time.
