Six years ago, there is not a lot talk about facilitation online in any way. The shift from us realizing that we are focusing on facilitators now is already quite back. So I think having a technical background, I always draw parallel and to some extent, this report was inspired by a lot of other reports I see in the tech community. And similarly there, when you say like a developer, similar to how we say a facilitator, it doesn't say much. Yeah, you are facilitating a process. You're getting somebody from point A to point B"
