What's the Difference Between Tiwan and Ukraina?
The chinese would say there are tiwan's offshore islands, which are not off shore from ti wan. They see it as a security threat. I mean, in many ways, similar i suppose to the way hoton would say that nado coming right up to his borders would be seen as a threat. It seems to me like russia is, in relative terms, a declining power, and so maybe is for that reason very sensitive to issues of respect.
