The only thing that i wold out about what what five elements is essentially recognizing that devonops is enough to solve the problems in most organizations. If you don't understand the customers that you're dealing with, mission, the value yo're trying to create, you can spend an awful lot of time and resources making soft where tit doesn't really matter.
