The Rise of the Islamic State

The US has targeted a number of Islamic state leaders in both Iraq and Syria over the last several months. Greg, what do you think the current leadership looks like in the Islamic State? Are they still organized? Do you agree with our assessment? Is it possible that is, is the Islamic State moving towards a more geographically dispersed model, much like al-Qaeda?
