The Importance of Balance in the Age of Search
I think that from a mental health standpoint, we're not going to consume this much information. And the emotional roller coaster you could go through just through getting these kind of feeds is very intense. I like I genuinely there were moments I believe in breaks from social media. I take them many times. But it's absolutely bad about just how we function within social media. Yeah. We charge and you have to do like it always feels if you're missing out. This is how there's always been that much of you just weren't approached with so much.
