The Sovereign Wealth Fund
The Irish government is considering putting money into a sovereign wealth fund. John Defterios says it's not something that should be spent on day-to-day expenses. He believes the structure of the Irish economy is so bizarre that this money will continue to flow in tools. It was triggered by the difference between what the multinationals pay and what they ought to pay given various different types of taxation.
