How Did We Get on the Death Penalty?

The last public execution was in the 30s in America. 20,000 people showed up that like 90 years ago,. People would call for today. If legit someone like you got an actual terrorist that probably did something awful, I don't think people would be against having that person just like show up to this crowd and get justice. So the idea of kind of value and merit goes both ways.
