Are You Making Excuses for Yourself for Not Giving the Best Output?
I've been pretty disappointed with myself this year. I took on a lot of things probably more than I should have and I haven't been able to do them to the best of my ability. And unfortunately I think I am making some excuses for myself in a lot of ways. It's not coding it's the creation of value for my company, which one part I hate about my job is managing zero boards. The conversations with yourself are very very difficult but that's what you need to do to continually grow as a person.
