i think there's a lot going on in terms of solidarity around cobed that you can probably tap into wherever you areye, i just want to echo what you both said in a very general way. Sometimes ica really overwhelming with how many problems there are in the world. And it can also kind of feel like, what can i even do about it? Who am i? Or that kind of like negative self talk,. again, i think, can actually prevent people from helping sometimes because we put ourselves down so much.
