Complexity Is Not Our Enemy

Before evit was just quicker than lightning. Ye, i how did that person know what was going on when they ere't even here? And it was just a crazy illustration of how quickly those local interactions can affect the whole system. But complexity is not our enemy. It's not something to be in my opinion, you know, slain like a dragonand and made into simplicity. I think that's dualistic thinking. Complexity is a fact of life. It is literally a fact of biological life. So no wonder it's at work in our organizations that we make the most of it.
