You Can't Have Two Names in One Seat

You can either spend 36 hours of pain in the days leading up to that conversation where you have to sit down and let that person know he this is relationship isn't going to continue. Or you can keep em around and be miserable for the next three months, six months, a year or more. And so when we put an end to perspective like that for ourselves, often the answer becomes very evident very quickly. If you recognize that someone is not fit, you are only shooting yourself, in your business, in the foot to keep on.
