The author is an expert in machine learning and AI ethics. He started his career as a computer scientist before moving into the field of artificial intelligence. His PhD focuses on natural language generation so generating language or teaching robots to talk. In 2012 he began working with deep learning models which has led him to become more interested inAI ethics.
