Many people, I think, have trouble coming up with what they want to do with their lives or their desires. Because of this exact thing, they think it needs to be expressed in terms of need. Can't live if living is without you is actually a power play, which is exactly. And it's, you know, whereas desire, at least has the chance or want has the chance to have a moral quality to it. But a need never does.
