Doctor Jud: productivity anxiety is the feeling that you don't have enough time to get everything done. The more we try to be productive, he says, the more anxious we get about it. We can find all the ways to maximise productivity and kind of get in the flow with our daily lives - but not like snap our fingers and suddenly be productive. Doctor jud: I see this as a positive rein rcement for getting things done or doing something well which will lead us to feel better later on.
