Mentorship Is a Great Way to Build a Sustainable Career
I think there are so many different ways that you can help other people in your organization that do not rely so heavily on an incredibly individual path because it's also not replicable. It is not so simple as to say, I did this, now you will be able to do this. Instead, if you make it, it's kind of like the principles of universal design. You're making it possible for the people that you are trying to make space for. Yeah, and I just wanna say on the idea of mentorship within your organization totally, but also if there's any opportunity to connect with a student who's studying the field or a young person.
