IKEA - How Did You Learn to Do Teamwork?
IKEA at least nowadays is emphasizing teamwork and doing it together. We were all called co-workers as opposed to employees or anything else in the internal vocabulary. So obviously it was a fairly open dialogue and communication across the different functions, of course. And sooner or later you realize that he is testing the water in different ways.
