ICOs were an incredible advancement in terms of how friction-free, effortless, and costless, capital raises could be. The biggest reason to not be so keen on ICOs just coming back is the sh-coin waterfall dynamics we saw at work last time. If more regulations pass, it is foreseeable the innovative startups of the future will be built in foreign countries far away from Silicon Valley.
