Coaching is an increasing part of the people thi sort of tha slice the pie to make that work. And often it's their combining a set of side'v a bunch of side hustles, all at once. They might be an event planner slash a coach slash sometimes they are a consultant on a b and c thing. We really think about it as not like, are you certify to be coaches? Because there are groups that feel that they can certify whether someone is a coach or not. Our perspective is like, we want people to teach. Ande want people to transmit and to be able to help others. It's really direct peer to pere learning that is happening.
