E-Commerce in the Pandemic Market

The company had the foresight uh before the pandemic to really lean into e-commerce space. We were able to capitalize on the explosive growth that came about during the pandemic. E-commerce is one of two ways you can treat like a channel right so you develop your program from a shopper perspective from an in-store perspective and then tweak it to meet e-commerce needs or i think the better way is to have e-commerce evolve further upstream make sure that they're fully integrated into the program.
