For a sass deal, you really probably want a cash floe lender. For for an emana deal, a anything under a million dollars of enterprise value is often considered just too risky for most lenders. The equity in a lot of the deals that we do actually comes from investors. So it doesn't all have to come from the person that's going to be the ceo of this business.
