How to Be a Good Bodybuilder and Not Be in Pain

I think you could be a power lifter and not have to be in pain. I don't think that has to come with the territory. There are just certain things you got to add to your training, but for most of us, including myself, I want to be able to do all of these things. If you do some of those additions, you're probably going to feel a little better as you're gaining muscle.
