Russia Hits Ukraine's Energy Infrastructure and Electricity Grid
It's actually nothing new that Russia is hitting civilian infrastructure. And like the Ukrainians have known for a while that Russia looked quite likely to be targeting Ukraine's energy infrastructure and electricity grid ahead of the winter. It's almost an echo of what Russia has been trying to do with the EU in trying to break their unity by manipulating energy supplies. But obviously it's a lot more direct. So now at this point, the Ukrainians are asking how well they'll be able to weather the winter now because obviously, Ukrainian winters are very chilly.
