The proposed cop city is supposed to be like a giant simulacrum of the urban space of Atlanta in which police will be trained. The other side, there are people who are already performing a kind of very like local, like locally minded, like locally organized and intergenerational protest. To me, the more important criterion is that the protests in Atlanta have been maintained for an extraordinarily long time with an extraordinary degree of intensity and creativity.
