How Do You Get That Fat Out of Your Muscle?

When I think about healthy muscle, I would pick from each one of those things strength, depending on if you're looking for strength. Strength is being able to go up and wait every week or two weeks in terms of what you're lifting. Hypertrophy would be increasing the storage space of your suitcase. That's increasing the physical size of your muscles that you can see. And then the third would be endurance. So increasing mitochondria function so increasing your cardiovascular fitness.
