The Constitution Is the Act of the American People

Book is written in the sort of, i would call it the jeffersonian tradition in america. The idea that the constitution was made up by a metaphysical antity like the people of the united states,. was certainly not there. It was later on, you know, the law. This was something created much later on. And so clearly not the supreme court, but the states, the states and of course, the single state.
