I think there's too much of a fear of human bias, right? You know, human bias may be one of those things that once you start thinking about, you can't stop thinking about. I think the best way to avoid human biases in many cases is just the Socratic, right, know thyself, right? Know what else you have and to actively operate against it. It's not obvious to me that doing formal evaluation through metrics is itself an evidence-based practice.
