David Frum: I want to talk about how the whole discussion that we've been having is further complicated by the fact that we do live in a digital age. He says libertarians before like Rothbard and Tucker, you know, one of the 1800s and one of the 1900s, were mostly talking about land commodities or mechanical inventions.
