Omega 3s are always going to be the one that we come back to for ADHD, right? Because yeah, I think it worked. There's so much research on it. Omega 3s are one of those fats that we need that our bodies can't make. So we have to get it from food. If you're not getting enough sources, natural sources from things like fatty fish. And if you're not having things like flax, ground flax, chia seeds, then I would suggest taking an Omega 3 supplement.
