Bcas: Why do you think the issue of climate change is marred in the language of cost and not opportunity? Bcas: We've actually ended up where the sort of bein counting accountant is dominating. Part of it may be vested interests. It may be partly just sort of economists not being great communicatorsy, absolutely. And we have to only change people's behavior if they make politicians change their behavior.
