How to Scale Content

You need to really spend a lot of time at the beginning, designing the process. Do I need a content manager? Do I need people to do the research? So it's good sitting down and designing that process. Then now you have your calendar, you should create an style guide even if it is small. And then when we work out the kinks, now we can go full scale, right? It has to be super middle because both sides eventually will fail if you're trying to scale.
