Is Your Interpretation Making Sense?

Our interpretation of what someone else says rarely being accurate. We rely on something is going on unconsciously, but often we don't realize it's going on. Our brains are constantly filtering and often a very unconscious level to us. But when we recognize that my interpretation or my reaction is simply my interpretation of my reaction, I can relax a bit. And instead of defending it, I can engage with you in a more empathetic, more open way.
