The real test is whether or not it can come back into that trade range when the high volume node zones were established through December and January. If we see crude oil here fail to make any push deep into the mid-70s, then it's still technically quite weak. The window can still remain open for one more retest on the downside in my mind. Overall, there will obviously be a point where crude oil will bottom and create a buying opportunity.
