A recent Gallup poll found that quiet quitters make up at least 50% of the workplace. This movement is piven driven by people becoming more accustomed to working from home. There's also a recent worker shortage that has sort of shifted the bargaining power away from employers. People who believe in quiet quitting, like we don't want to live to work. We want to work to live and prioritize life, not work.
